Security Officer - Vehicle Patrol Unit

Allied Universal - Up to $22.05/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior corridors, clinical and administrative areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards.;
Monitor access points and visitor flow, verify identification and/or authorization as required, and assist with directing individuals to appropriate departments or waiting areas.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or medical emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting additional resources when needed and helping to maintain order until responders arrive.;
Complete accurate reports and logs, communicate pertinent information during shift turnover, and notify site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision of unusual events, maintenance issues, and policy concerns.
