Job Overview

Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as members of a retail team of experts to bring the T‑Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and continuously develop expertise in uncovering customer needs and educating them on device and service solutions. This is a learning role; new associates work with their team and proactively build skills and proficiencies, completing new‑employee training.

Job Responsibilities
  • Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in‑store.
  • Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in‑store.
  • Side‑by‑side sell personalized solutions beyond bare‑bones device and service plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
  • Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
  • Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, explain unlimited plans, complete training on T‑Mobile experience, and stay informed on innovations.
Establish Relationships
  • Collaborate with T‑Mobile employees across channels to own the customer experience and resolve issues.
  • Identify and hand off small business leads.
  • Support team initiatives and create an inclusive environment.
The Experience You’ll Bring
  • Passionate customer advocate who has fun and is authentic.
  • Competitive drive and proven success in a fast‑paced sales environment.
  • Willingness to work with peers and store leaders, sharing ideas and resolving customer issues.
  • Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.
  • At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment.
