Inside Sales Representative Auburn, MA

The Inside Sales Representative will be working with our existing customer base as well as prospecting for new customers. Our ideal candidate is an ambitious individual with outstanding communication skills who understands the value of exceptional customer service and driving business goals. Day-to-day Tasks and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Provide premier customer service to differentiate Corrosion Materials from our competition.
• Develop sales strategies that focus on profitable sales growth both with existing customers and potential customers.
• Formulate quotes for potential business with new or existing customers.
• Provide higher-level depth of relationships with customers including in-person visits and activities.
• Develop forecasting methods to work together with customers and establish accurate material forecasts.
• Research, identify, and implement new products and programs to enhance profitability.
• Establish strong communication between Inside and Outside Sales, Purchasing, and other functions within the organization.
• Adhere to all CMI safety rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• Adhere to all CMI handbook policies, procedures, and business codes of ethics.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three or more years of sales experience
• Market experience, ensuring ability to recognize opportunities
• Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving skills, and time management skills
• Ability to effectively multi-task and work independently on assigned tasks
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to transfer data accurately
• Strong work ethic; self-motivated
• Operate with high integrity, maintaining positive relations with co-workers, customers, and supplier

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related area
• Two or more years of sales and marketing experience
