Location: Remote, Ireland

Role:
Inbound Success Coach (ISC) – part of Hub Spot's Sales Organization. This entry‑level position focuses on handling inbound query volume, pre‑qualifying prospects, and scheduling discovery calls for Account Executives.

• Manage high volume (~40 per day) of product and sales‑related inbound queries.
• Provide next steps or resources to assist customers and users.
• Conduct consultative pre‑qualification of prospects via phone and live chat (8‑10 per day).
• Schedule discovery calls for an assigned Account Executive (3‑5 bookings per day).
• Close deals with small companies for starter and add‑on products.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally within the ISC team to improve customer experience.

• Strong desire for sales; motivated by targets (no prior sales experience required).
• The drive to succeed and grow a career in Sales.
• Fluency and clear communication in German and English.
• Proactivity and problem‑solving skills; resourceful and solution oriented.
