Customer Service Associate; GTW

Overview

Insight Global is currently hiring Customer Service Associates for an upcoming event in Boston, Massachusetts. The immersive Sistine Chapel Replica at Cambridge Side Mall runs from February 10 to May 10. We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join the operations team for the launch and daily management of the exhibition.

• Guest Services
  • Greet and assist visitors with ticketing and general inquiries
  • Scan and sell tickets using POS systems
  • Provide information about the exhibition and maintain a welcoming environment
• Retail Operations
  • Operate the gift shop, manage sales, and restock merchandise
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of retail space
• Operational Duties
  • Serve as a key holder: responsible for opening and closing procedures
  • Monitor inventory and communicate stock needs

Compensation

Hourly pay for this position is $18/hr.

• Prior customer service or retail experience preferred
• Comfortable handling POS systems and basic inventory tasks
