Main responsibilities:
* Prepare and distribute high-visibility sales reports to stakeholders across the organization, including senior management, providing clear and timely performance insights.
* Support multiple businesses in monthly sales reporting and close activities, ensuring deliverables are accurate, complete, and produced on schedule.
* Reconcile sales reporting systems and subledgers to ensure data integrity; investigate variances, perform root-cause analysis, and partner with Digital/IT and cross-functional teams to drive timely and sustainable resolution.
* Prepare monthly accounting entries, true-ups, and account reconciliations impacting Gross-to-Net (GTN) sales across SAP and Vistex; ensure outputs are supportable and audit-ready.
* Maintain and update GTN rates in SAP and Vistex, ensuring changes are properly reflected in reporting, analysis, and downstream systems.
* Perform strategic analyses, including sales and price/volume analysis, and synthesize key drivers into management-ready reporting and presentations.
* Leverage SAP and reporting/close tools (e.g., IBM Planning Analytics/TM1, Blackline, and other automation/AI-enabled solutions) to improve efficiency, control, and insight generation.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
* 3+ years of financial/accounting experience
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (pivot tables, lookups, macros, etc.).
* Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail.
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Customer focused and results orientated mindset.
* Solid business acumen with the ability to connect numbers to business drivers.
Preferred Qualifications:
* MBA and/or CPA certification preferred.
* Public accounting experience.
* Pharmaceutical industry experience.
* Experience with TM1 and SAP
