Overview
Rally House is a specialty retail store dedicated to local sports apparel and gifts. We are seeking a part‑time Team Sales Lead to energize the floor, coach teammates, and drive results while supporting key operations such as merchandising, loss prevention, and visual standards. This role offers an exclusive store discount, ongoing coaching, and a clear path to future retail leadership positions.
Responsibilities- Shift management, leading day‑to‑day staffing
- Customer service: keep the customer experience top priority
- Inventory control and sales strategies to deliver results
- Visual merchandising: meet visual standards, organize floor moves, plan and execute daily priorities
- Leadership and effective communication with teammates
- Detail oriented and enthusiastic attitude
- Basic proficiency with digital devices and online applications
- Growth mindset and outgoing personality
- At least 18 years of age
- 1–2 years of retail experience; training/coaching experience preferred
- Availability to work 10–20 hours per week, including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and local sports events
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform other job functions
- Hourly pay $16.00–$21.00
- Part‑time employment
