This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Cambridge, MA, for a Retail Sales Consultant. The Retail Sales Consultant will engage customers by providing expert fashion advice and personalized service to ensure a great shopping experience. Responsibilities include assisting customers with purchases, showcasing products, maintaining a curated store aesthetic, and contributing to achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction. Building strong client relationships and ensuring top‑notch service is fundamental to this role.

• Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Retail Sales with a proven ability to meet sales targets
