• Be responsible for the entire restaurant operation, including food cost, labor cost, and expenses, weekly and daily ordering, inventory, cash handling procedures, schedules, and time entry management.
• Implement S.O.Ps and ensure standard operating procedures and recipes are followed.
• Be the face of the restaurant, interact with guests, provide exceptional guest service.
• Instill culture, mission, and core values, and work to create a positive work environment at all times.
• Oversee employee relations, develop personal development plans for team members.
• Manage the recruitment process, proactively interview, hire, onboard new team members.
• Communicate verbally and digitally on a daily basis. Keep the team informed and updated on all restaurant communication.
• Ensure the maintenance of the property and patio areas.
• Manage and resolve guest concerns and complaints.
• Have a flexible schedule to accommodate the business needs, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

• 3 years of restaurant management experience, including scratch kitchen management experience.
• The willingness to be a hands‑on leader working side‑by‑side with the entire team in all positions.
• A proven track record of implementing and upholding S.O.Ps.
• An eye for the details.
• Strong computer skills (Outlook, One Drive, Excel, Toast POS, Xtra Chef, Sling). Technology troubleshooting, Basic Toast POS management.
• The ability to perform the physical requirements of the job (frequently lift 25 lbs and occasionally lift 50 lbs).
• The desire to learn and professionally improve.
• The ability to deal with many variables throughout the day and find solutions.
