Lab Automation Engineer

• Optimize, troubleshoot, and stabilize ex vivo sample-processing methods on the High Res platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional scientists to streamline ex vivo sample-processing workflows.
• Onboard and develop automated methods on the new PE JANUS and Beckman liquid-handling systems
• Lead the transition of two manual workflows to robotic liquid-handling platforms
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting for the integrated High Res system and associated processes.

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Bioengineering, Engineering, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience operating and programming robotics platforms.
• Ability to understand diverse and complex workflows on liquid‑ and plate‑handling systems, including the sources and statistical assessment of unwarranted assay variance
• Experience with liquid handlers and integrated platform such as Perkin Elmer, High Res Cellario, and Beckman Coulter.
• Highly preferred:
  Experience working with GBG and Cellario software
