* PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in formulation development.
* Expertise in lipid nanoparticles, liposomes, or other drug delivery systems.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with relevant techniques.
