The Biswas Postdoctoral Fellowship, Office of Innovation and Strategy, joins the second round of the fellowship, a prestigious program supporting innovative, cross-disciplinary research through the MIT Health and Life Sciences (HEALS) Collaborative. The fellowship seeks exceptional early‑career researchers pursuing high‑impact work in areas such as AI and health, low‑cost diagnostics, nano‑scale therapeutics, neuroscience, women’s health, and fundamental discovery‑driven science.

• Conduct original and collaborative research aligned with MIT HEALS.
• Engage with faculty, staff, and industry partners to translate findings into real‑world impact.
• Participate in HEALS events, programming, and strategic initiatives.

• PhD, MD, or equivalent by June 30, 2026.

• A fully funded four‑year appointment with a $90,000 annual salary (plus cost‑of‑living increases).
