Description:
Our client is seeking two QC Associates to perform laboratory testing within a fast‑paced GMP environment. The QC Associates will work under the guidance of a supervisor and mentor, effectively manage their time, and complete assigned analytical tasks in a cross‑functional, collaborative environment. This role supports development and cGMP manufacturing of cell and gene therapies.
Responsibilities:
- Execute assigned analytical test methods in compliance with cGMP to support cell therapy manufacturing, vector manufacturing, and fill‑finish operations.
- Support analytical assay development, ensuring methods are robust for qualification, transition to quality control, and successful implementation.
- Perform general laboratory tasks, including equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate and reliable records, including electronic lab notebook entries and all required documentation.
- Comply with all environmental health and safety standards.
- Perform hands‑on lab work with flexibility to support the cell and gene therapy drug product manufacturing schedule.
