Nurse Manager – Operating Room / PACU

WILLING TO ACCEPT LOCALS WITHIN 50 MILES; local rate is $8 less than posted rate

OR Nurse Manager – will work OR, PACU, pre‑op and PAS – EPIC experience required.

Facility includes 9 PACU bays, 5 pre‑op, 4 secondary recovery, 5 ORs and 1 Endo room. 3 clinic rooms in PAS (pre‑admission screening).

• Supervise Operating Room activities.
• Provide leadership and oversight for peri‑operative nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with state and facility policies.
• Maintain patient safety and quality of care.

Must have OR Nurse Manager/Supervisory experience in an acute care setting and a minimum of 1 year OR NM experience.

• Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (40 hours per week)

• Up to date resume that includes 1+ year(s) of OR/Perioperative Nurse Manager experience and travel experience.
• EPIC experience required.
• AHA BLS required at submission; CNOR preferred.
• Current or Conditional Massachusetts RN license required at time of submission.
• Two recent Manager/Supervisor references matching specialty.
• Skills checklist matching specialty.
• Drivers license with address that matches demographics.
• NURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE MA license & showing ALL RN licenses (past or present) pulled within the last 7 days.
• RTO must be included at time of submission; it will not be guaranteed after confirmation.
• EMR experience required: EPIC.
