We are seeking highly motivated and qualified Registered Nurses (RN) to join our nursing department.
Registered Nurse, RN Sign on Bonus - $4,000 (full-time, prorated for part-time) New Wage GridIncludes generous Shift Differentials.
As a Registered Nurse, RN with Neville, some of your essential job responsibilities include:- Assessing the health care needs of the resident, making a nursing diagnosis, transitioning this through collaboration with the nursing team into an interdisciplinary plan of care utilizing all resources available. Communicating this plan to all care providers to ensure continuity of care for residents.
- Establishing and maintaining functional communication with staff, other disciplines, residents, families, medical staff, and community.
- Assessing the effect of medications and treatments, monitoring these effects, and providing appropriate feedback to the interdisciplinary team and medical managers to continuously tailor treatment to the resident’s needs.
- Using the Electronic Health Record – PCC preferred.
- Leading and directing nursing staff in the safe, effective delivery of care by providing structure and education to residents regarding their healthcare issues and care plan strategies.
- Applying knowledge and ability regarding infection control, fire and disaster policies, and other facility/state/federal policies to provide a safe environment for residents, community, and staff.
- Protecting resident rights and treating residents, staff, and community with respect and dignity; treating resident and facility property and information with honesty, confidentiality, and respect.
