• End Date: June 6, 2026
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Scrub Color: Any
• Charge Nurse Experience: Highly Preferred
• Holiday Coverage: Must work every other major holiday

• Minimum 5 years of Nurse Manager experience in Labor & Delivery or women’s health units
• Acute care nursing experience required
• Previous travel nurse experience required (first-time travelers not eligible)
• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• Two recent references from L&D Charge RN, Nurse Manager, or Supervisor roles
• Flu vaccine required during flu season
• EMR experience preferred: EPIC
• RTO (Requested Time Off) must be included at time of submission

• Lead and manage Labor & Delivery nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety
• Demonstrate charge nurse leadership and provide guidance during shifts
• Coordinate staffing, workflow, and resource allocation for optimal clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support mothers and newborns
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations
• Foster a positive, supportive environment for nurses and patients
