• Facility Setting: Labor & Delivery Unit
• Contract Type: Travel Registered Nurse
• Start Date: February 24, 2026
• End Date: May 25, 2026
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00pm – 7:00am), 3 shifts per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Scrub Color: Any
• Charge Nurse Capability: Highly Preferred
• Holiday Requirement: Must work every other major holiday

• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required (first-time travelers not eligible)
• 2 recent references from L&D Charge RN, Nurse Manager, or Supervisor
• Current and active Massachusetts RN license
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• Flu vaccine required during flu season
• EMR experience preferred (EPIC system)
• Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at time of application

• Deliver comprehensive patient care in the Labor & Delivery unit, including assessment, monitoring, and support throughout the birthing process
• Demonstrate charge nurse and leadership skills as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and utilize EMR systems (EPIC preferred)
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Provide patient and family education and emotional support
