We are seeking an experienced Product Communications Leader to step in as Interim Director of Corporate Affairs. This role supports the communications strategy for a diverse portfolio of therapies, including a rare disease franchise.

Responsibilities
Key Focus Areas
- Product Communications - Execute planned communications for milestones and launches (press releases, media strategy, Q&A, etc.)
- Influencer Campaign Management - Oversee the development and launch of a video-driven influencer campaign spanning media, social, and paid channels.
- 2026 Strategic Planning - Collaborate with leadership on future product communications strategy.
- Media & Stakeholder Engagement - Act as primary media contact, managing agency partners and building positive coverage.
- Internal Communications - Partner with internal teams to keep employees aligned and informed.
Required Skills
- 10+ years in pharma/biotech product communications, including milestone, launch, and media strategies.
- Ability to lead cross-functional and agency teams with confidence.
- Experience supporting rare disease communications is a plus, but not required.
- Strong writing, media relations, and campaign leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- Local to Cambridge, MA and able to work hybrid (Tues/Wed/Thurs onsite).
