Project Manager - Pharmaceutical​/Biotech Manufacturing

LABUR is partnering with a pharmaceutical biotech organization to drive a critical initiative aimed at optimizing manufacturing operations and ensuring compliance with stringent industry standards. This engagement focuses on enhancing production efficiency, streamlining processes, and supporting the delivery of life-saving therapies to market. Our client seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful execution of complex manufacturing projects within a regulated environment.

• Lead end-to-end project management for manufacturing initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, regulatory, and operations teams to align project objectives with business goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements throughout project lifecycle.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, status reporting, and issue resolution to maintain transparency and alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and scalability.

• Proven experience managing projects in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of GMP, FDA regulations, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field; PMP certification preferred.

$80 - $90 per hour - Dependent on fit and experience.
