Overview

MANAGER, LINCOLN LABS HEALTH FITNESS CENTER
, DAPER Facilities - Operations and Events, provides leadership and management for the customer service, revenue generation, operational and personnel functions of the Lincoln Lab Fitness Center, a 7,500 square foot fitness facility; develops and implements policies, programs and procedures that attracts customers; generates revenue and ensures customer satisfaction; leads a team of fitness instructors and customer service staff in creating a positive customer experience and programming that targets clients’ needs and interests;

oversees maintenance of facility and manages renovation projects as they arise; directs work of contracted custodial staff to ensure cleanliness of facility; establishes and forecasts budget for the Lincoln Lab Fitness Center and directs the purchase, delivery and maintenance of all equipment.

• Lead customer service, revenue generation, operational and personnel functions of the Lincoln Lab Fitness Center.

• Oversee maintenance of the facility and manage renovation projects as they arise.
