E.D.G.E., a team within Sanofi General Medicines, works to reinvent Managed Patient Programs (MPPs) and improve patient access and outcomes globally. The transformation covers 60+ programs across 30+ countries, with goals including 90% patient consent and enrolment after HCP referral and 60% program completion rate.

As a Program Manager within Sanofi  E.D.G.E. team, you will coordinate all MPP activities, bridge and align activities and people at global and local levels across markets and with Bright Insight, our partner. This role requires proactive communication, structured program management, and the ability to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and connect people to mitigate risks.

Education & Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field required (MBA preferred)
• Project management certification preferred

Professional Experience

• 7+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industries, may include consulting experience with top-tier firms
• 7+ years of program management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Demonstrated track record of successful program delivery and stakeholder management
