Our client, an innovative organization in the clean energy sector, is seeking a Vice President of Operations to establish and oversee critical operational functions as the company scales. In this pivotal role, you'll be the point person for HR and hiring procedures, payroll, and compliance while driving vendor management and financial controls. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of operational leadership experience in high-growth environments and a proven ability to design and implement efficient processes.

• Managing HR and payroll systems
• Managing benefits and publishing policies
• Establishing accounts payable and expense controls
• Overseeing recruiting operations from job postings to onboarding
• Coordinating travel logistics and vendor relationships
• Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements
• Supporting monthly financial close and cash flow reporting

• The ideal candidate possesses 7+ years of operations leadership in tech or infrastructure
• Experience with global payroll and HR platforms
• Strong financial operations knowledge including PO workflows and treasury basics
• Proficiency with tools such as Rippling, Net Suite, and expense management systems
• Exceptional process design and cross-functional coordination skills
• Familiarity with energy or infrastructure industries is a plus
