Garage Cleaner

Schedule:
Mon - Fri 6 AM - 2 PM

• Clean and sweep floors using various cleaning equipment, including brooms, mops, and vacuum cleaners.
• Empty trash cans and dispose of trash per established procedures.
• Clean and sanitize restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, and floors.
• Ensure supplies are kept in stock and organized.
• Ability to lift and operate a leaf blower.
• Assist with the maintenance of parking equipment, including ticket dispensers and payment machines.
• Report any damage or maintenance needs to the garage manager.
• Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required.
• Communicate effectively with other garage staff and visitors.
• Direct traffic to cashier/exit as needed.

• Requirements:
  Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods
• Ability to walk short and long distances
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Use manual dexterity to operate parking equipment, including POF machines, garage gates, and location-specific equipment
• Strong sense of customer service
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be able and willing to smile during every customer interaction
• Maintain uniform standards while around the account
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to create relationships with customers
