Facility Maintenance, Building Maintenance, Maintenance Worker
Performs routine manual facilities and grounds maintenance activities including tasks associated with the portable toilet pumpout program. All other work as required. Performs custodial duties such as: cleaning, picking up trash, emptying barrels, sweeping and stocking comfort stations. Assists in the maintenance, painting and repair of various structures and grounds. Determines supply needs and reports to the Sandy Neck Assistant Park Manager for purchasing.
Must be able to perform general maintenance and mechanical repair work including the use of power tools.
High School diploma or qualified School Internship program and some experience in work related activities or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid driver’s license and CPR certification required.
Required to work a variety of shifts, some beginning before seven a.m.
