The Flywheel Product Line focuses on helping Hub Spot grow faster by using AI to dramatically improve customer experiences and enable Go‑to‑Market teams.
Core Areas- AI concierge supporting customers across lifecycle (chat, voice, video).
- AI‑first tools for Hub Spot’s go‑to‑market teams, eliminating admin work and improving efficiency.
- Dedicated experiences for partners who drive over $1B in revenue annually.
The work is highly applied and visible, dealing with interaction models, system thinking and visual execution.
What You’ll Do- Lead design initiatives and create frictionless user journeys from discovery to launch.
- Design for scale, developing UX patterns, systems and frameworks across the product ecosystem.
- Contribute to strategy and vision initiatives across Hub Spot’s GTM.
- Use AI to expand design explorations, prototyping, and research, crafting AI‑first experiences.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, Content Designers and other stakeholders.
- Define success metrics, validate with analytics and iterate for user value and business outcomes.
- Foster a bold, inclusive culture and mentor others.
- Proven product design craft; portfolio showing depth of craft, systems thinking and measurable impact.
- Collaborative leadership, influencing outcomes across disciplines.
- Systems and scale thinking, designing experiences that grow with customers and business.

Annual Cash Compensation Range: $138,600 — $207,900 USD. Total compensation includes base salary, bonus targets, equity opportunities and benefits. For full details, see Hub Spot’s compensation philosophy.
