The Program Manager will drive program planning, governance, delivery execution, and cross-functional alignment across six coordinated work streams—Data, Behavioral Insights, Data Science & Decision Engine, IT, Marketing, and Omnichannel/Field Activation.

• Program Planning & Governance:
  Develop and manage the integrated program plan, milestones, KPIs, and risk mitigation.
• Cross-Functional Leadership:
  Coordinate across Data, IT, Marketing, Insights, and Omnichannel work streams.
• Meeting Facilitation:
  Lead program meetings, create agendas, track decisions, and ensure accountability.
• Program Execution:
  Maintain the roadmap, ensure workstream alignment, manage dependencies.
• Communication & Change Management:
  Deliver clear updates, support adoption of new operating models.

• 7 years of program or project management experience, preferably in pharma/biotech.
• Strong communication, executive presence, and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Highly organized with strong accountability and follow-through.
• Comfort working with data, analytics, AI/ML or omnichannel programs.
