• Address and resolve a variety of technical issues reported by users, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Manage repairs and replacements for client machines, maintaining optimal device performance.
• Oversee equipment loans and support large‑format printing projects as needed.
• Install, configure, and update desktops, laptops, and mobile devices to ensure secure and efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve wired and wireless network connectivity problems.
• Coordinate and assist with audio‑visual and multimedia requests for meetings and events.

• Proven experience in providing technical support within a helpdesk or client‑facing environment.
• Strong proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Knowledge of wired and wireless network troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with audio‑visual and multimedia equipment setup and support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with users.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

• A minimum of an Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar IT support role is highly desirable.
  
  Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Network+, are a plus but not required.
• Willingness to participate in occasional on‑site or off‑hours support for special events.
