Pay Range: $100 - $106/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct end to end qualitative user research and survey independently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on research planning, review and reporting.
- Prepare reports and present findings to internal stakeholders.
Experience:
- Key Skills;
Experience working with retail, Quick Service restaurants or automotive clients or industries. - Must have at least 4 years of industry experience in UX research, using qualitative or mixed methods.
- Must have experience working on generative AI products.
- Nice to have:
Conversational AI, voice AI products. - Must have experience working in B2B2C space.
