About the RoleThis is a platform product role at the intersection of AI and drug discovery. You'll own the foundational infrastructure that R&D scientists and ML engineers depend on to build and deploy machine learning models: standardizing a fragmented landscape into one unified, scalable, governed platform. The work is technical, strategic, and directly tied to outcomes that matter.
What You'll Do- Own the vision, roadmap, and adoption of the AI/ML platform — model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management
- Lead customer discovery with scientists and ML practitioners and translate needs into actionable requirements
- Drive agile execution with engineering and program teams — prioritization, backlog, and delivery
- Lead platform launches and changes management to drive adoption across R&D
- Monitor usage and performance and drive continuous improvements
- 4+ years product management experience delivering AI powered products in an enterprise environment
- Technical IC background: prior experience building software or platform products
- Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals: model life cycles, data pipelines, feature engineering, MLOps
- Experience working with data scientists and ML engineers to shape model requirements and evaluation frameworks
- Cloud platform experience: GCP preferred, AWS or Azure acceptable
- Education:
PhD + 2 years, Masters + 4 years, or Bachelors + 6 years
- Life sciences or biopharma experience
- Familiarity with transformer architectures and model trade offs
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, Miro or similar tools
- Rare end to end exposure across the entire R&D lifecycle in a single role
- Work on platform products that directly accelerate the discovery of new medicines
- Highly competitive compensation with strong bonus, equity, and 401k matching
