Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end qualitative user research and survey independently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on research planning, review and reporting.
- Prepare reports and present findings to internal stakeholders.
- Must have at least 4 years of industry experience in UX research, using qualitative or mixed methods.
- Must have experience working on generative AI products. Nice to have: conversational AI and voice AI products.
- Must have experience working in B2B2C space. Nice to have: experience working with retail, Quick Service restaurants or automotive clients or industries.
- Strong technical understanding and able to "speak the language" of developers and AI/ML.
