Position: TWO Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) - CYBER SECURITY - in Marlborough, MA
Location: Marlborough, MA (or Andover, Woburn, Tewksbury)
Security Clearance: Needs ACTIVE Security Clearance
Skills: Certified Security+, CISSP, anti-virus, Vulnerability Assessment, HIDS/ NIDS, endpoint security solutions, Multi Factor Authentication (MFA), Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM)
Description:
Seeking a CSI Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) to support the Systems Design team in Massachusetts (Marlborough, Woburn, Tewksbury, etc).
The Systems Design Directorate focuses on Mission Systems Integration, Cyber Solutions, and Cyber Security architecture, requirements, and implementation, including cyber resiliency and threat awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Experience/Skills:
Required Education:
Bachelor’s in STEM; advanced degrees preferred.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with IT/network security administration (Unix, Windows, Linux, Cisco).
- Knowledge of DoD and Federal IA Certification processes.
- Familiarity with NIST RMF, Program Protection Plan, and security certifications.
- Strong communication and technical presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Agile/Dev Ops, multi-level security, and exportability requirements.
- Experience with government contract proposals as an IA SME.
- Self-starter with limited supervision.
