Job Title: Data and Analytics Specialist II
Job Location: Cambridge, MA/Hybrid - 2 days in office
Duration: 6 Months (possibility of extension)
Shift: 1st Shift
Payrate: $62.29/hr. on w2
Duties and Responsibilities:
Data management and development of business intelligence reporting:
- Ability to absorb and logically structure information into analytical deliverables with established frameworks and tools.
- Gather requirements, design, and create reports to automate manual processes.
- Maintain the translation table for media to determine whether we have contacted or engaged with an individual.
- Review publisher data that has been loaded monthly, and maintain publisher status documentation.
- Measure the impact of paid media on the website and present key findings.
- Prepare monthly report on account registrations by the Adobe CID for PHM, and provide recommendations to Raymond account registration improvements.
- Extracting paid media data from a variety of sources, manipulating, and analyzing using quantitative and visualization tools.
- Responsible for populating omnichannel marketing report that provides holistic view on brands performance.
- Review the Media Q to validate numbers are accurate, and point out discrepancies in insights.
- 3+ years in a business intelligence role.
- Candidate with prior work experience in digital analytics role is strongly referred.
- Consulting, analytics, or digital agency background.
- Experience using industry-standard business intelligence tools to formulate metrics, create data quality management assessments and tools to perform ad hoc data inquiries.
- High-level attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- _states preference: candidate with prior work experience in digital marketing analytics.
- Experience with the Adobe Marketing Suite or Google Analytics.
- Expertise with SQL (Snowflake preferred).
- Expertise with Business Intelligence tools:
Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense. - Knowledge of and proficiency with digital marketing channels outside of website (i.e. social, search, paid media).
- Bi earning/pharma experience helpful.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skillset.
