Data Analyst, Data Scientist
As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role on the Sleep and Respiratory Care (S&RC) team, transforming complex data into actionable insights that directly support better patient outcomes. In this role, you will manage, analyze, and visualize data to support strategic decision-making, maintain and enhance dashboards, and partner with cross‑functional leadership stakeholders. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a purpose‑driven environment, leverage advanced analytics tools, and contribute to innovative solutions that improve the quality of life for patients worldwide.
Responsibilities- Analyze complex datasets using advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to uncover insights that inform strategic business decisions and drive operational efficiencies. Translate complex data into clear, actionable business intelligence for stakeholders.
- Develop predictive models and intuitive data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Python, R, and Tableau to forecast trends, detect anomalies, and monitor operational performance, enabling proactive and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to prioritize, design, and execute analytics initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Contribute to proposal development for new analytics projects, evaluate business opportunities, and recommend data‑driven strategies that support growth and performance.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Modeling, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience analyzing complex datasets using advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to uncover deep insights that inform strategic business decisions and operational efficiencies. Experience in medical products is a plus.
- Strong skills in creating sophisticated predictive models and data visualizations using Power BI, Python, R, and Tableau to forecast trends, patterns, and anomalies for proactive decision‑making, working under limited supervision.
- Ability to successfully perform required physical, cognitive, and environmental job responsibilities with or without accommodation.
- Adept at engaging with Quality Assurance stakeholders during strategy development, project planning, implementation, and post‑implementation support.
This is an office‑based role. We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office‑based teams, this means working in‑person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full‑time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customer’s or supplier’s locations.
