The Science Team at Russell Tobin is supporting a world-class organization that has an opening for “
Project Manager II – Customer Success, Implementations
”.

Candidates must have laboratory support operations experience
, strong customer-facing project management skills, and be comfortable working in lab, life sciences, or technical environments.

Lead end-to-end management of customer service implementation and lab/production relocation projects. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and scoping documents. Coordinate cross-functional resources (Operations, EHS, Facilities, IT, Supply Chain, Lab Services). Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle. Manage all logistics including equipment moves, lab setups, material transfers, staffing, and vendor alignment. Conduct site assessments and readiness evaluations prior to execution.

Prepare and deliver project documentation: status reports, dashboards, budget updates, and closure reports. Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality requirements (GxP familiarity beneficial).

PMP (or equivalent PM certification) strongly preferred. 1–3 years of project management experience in service delivery, implementations, or relocation projects. Experience in lab, life science, or manufacturing environments. Experience with Smartsheet or other PM software strongly preferred. Strong operational, logistical, and customer-facing communication skills. Knowledge of lab support operations, materials management, EHS, supply chain logistics, and facility readiness.

Location:

Cambridge and Waltham, MA 75% travel. Contract Length: 9 Months with potential extension. Pay range: $45-$50/hr. on W2. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
