We are seeking a Federal Infrastructure Engineer to join our Engineering team. This role is critical for supporting platform installations and integrating cloud and on‑premise networks, ensuring our platform operates seamlessly across diverse environments. Deep expertise in federal network infrastructure is required, specifically to ensure compliance with Department of Defense Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements.

• Collaborating with the platform team on environment preparation for platform integration and expansion, which involves conducting and troubleshooting Istari installations. Required technical skills include experience with VPCs, AWS S3, Azure Blob Storage, AWS RDS, Postgre
  
  SQL, Kubernetes, and EKS.
• Automate installation (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and upgrade processes to reduce time‑to‑value and improve repeatability across customer deployments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex infrastructure and deployment issues providing clear and timely communication.
• Develop and maintain documentation, playbooks, and training materials to enable smoother installs across the team and for customers.
• Participate in incident response when issues impact customer environments, driving root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
• Stay up to date on emerging cloud and infrastructure technologies that can improve our customer delivery.
