About the Role

Position Summary

We re looking for a growth marketing professional who combines analytical rigor with creative execution to accelerate our D2C growth engine. You ll own the customer journey from awareness to adoption to advocacy, building and scaling marketing systems that drive sustainable, profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Growth Strategy & Experimentation
  • Design and execute comprehensive growth strategies across the customer funnel
  • Implement cohort analysis and predictive lifetime value (pLTV) modeling to optimize acquisition spend and downstream retention activities
  • Lead cross-functional growth experiments using North Star Framework methodology, managing a portfolio ongoing tests across channels
  • Have experience with AEO and a strong POV re: how to leverage Inside Tracker s deep content library to overindex on this vector
  • Develop and deploy attribution modeling to optimize budget allocation
  • Performance Marketing & Acquisition
  • Scale multi-channel acquisition programs across paid search, social, display, connected TV, and emerging channels such as LLMs and Voice Assistants
  • Implement advanced Facebook/Meta and Google Ads strategies including dynamic product ads, lookalike modeling, and automated bidding optimization
  • Execute programmatic advertising campaigns using demand-side platforms (DSPs) with first-party data activation
  • Deploy sophisticated email/SMS acquisition funnels with behavioral triggers, dynamic content personalization, and predictive send-time optimization
  • Conversion Rate Optimization & Growth Hacking
  • Lead comprehensive CRO programs using advanced testing methodologies (multivariate testing, Bayesian statistics, sequential testing)
  • Implement growth hacking strategies including viral loops, referral programs, and gamification elements to reduce customer acquisition costs
  • Deploy advanced personalization engines using machine learning for web experience optimization and dynamic pricing strategies
  • Optimize mobile app conversion funnels with deep linking, progressive onboarding, and in-app messaging campaigns
  • Analytics & Performance Measurement
  • Implement advanced marketing analytics stack including customer data platforms (CDP) and marketing automation tools
  • Build comprehensive marketing attribution models including algorithmic attribution, incrementality testing, and marketing mix modeling
  • Execute sophisticated A/B and multivariate testing programs with proper statistical significance and practical significance thresholds
Required Qualifications

Experience & Background

  • 10+ years of growth marketing experience with demonstrated track record of scaling D2C businesses from $10M+ to $50M+ ARR
