Manager, People Operations

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate people operations manager to join our people team to own our employee lifecycle, benefits, people systems, and compliance programs. Reporting to the Sr. Director of People Operations, you will have the opportunity to streamline and maintain efficient people processes, while also partnering with stakeholders to ensure a seamless and supportive people experience across the organization.

• Manage day‑to‑day lifecycle operations from onboarding through offboarding and partner with internal stakeholders, including payroll, IT and legal, to ensure an efficient, comprehensive and compliant process.
• Administer the benefits program, including project‑managing open enrollment, completing all required compliance and audit requirements, facilitating communication and education, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and enrollment across benefits (including 401(k)).
• Partner with employees and external partners on processes such as leave of absence and immigration.
• Support the recruiting team with talent operations, including job approvals and system updates in Greenhouse.
• Support the compensation program by managing operational and systems‑related components of the annual compensation cycle and facilitating our semi‑annual Employee Stock Purchasing Program in partnership with legal and finance.
• Manage and maintain people data, documents and systems (ADP) to ensure data integrity, reliable reporting, and efficient workflows.
• Serve as the main point of contact for employees for all people operations questions and leverage resources to provide timely and accurate guidance.
