Overview
Note:
Local to the Boston area with onsite work required every Wednesday in Cambridge, MA and the last Thursday of each month in Bedford, MA.
Duration: 6+ Months Contract |
Hours: 40/week
Seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support full-lifecycle recruiting in a fast-paced biotech/pharma environment. The role involves building diverse talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers and HR, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities- End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines
- Partner with hiring managers, HR, and compensation teams
- Execute recruiting strategies and workforce planning initiatives
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in biotech/pharma
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and closing skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
