Job Title: US Head of Respiratory Provider Experience
Location: Cambridge, MA

The US Provider Experience Lead will be responsible for creating a frictionless provider experience across Dupixent Respiratory, including COPD and Asthma. Prior experience in these therapeutic areas would be considered a plus.
The focus of this role is to make biologic initiation easier, simplify office workflows, and strengthen confidence in prescribing Dupixent. The Provider Experience Lead will translate insights from the field into meaningful action, working across functions to reduce friction and improve efficiency for Providers and office staff.
This individual will partner closely with GTMC, Marketing, Sales, Market Access, PSS, FRMs, Medical, and Digital teams to create a cohesive and differentiated Provider experience that builds trust and drives sustained adoption.
The position reports to US Franchise Head, Respiratory.

Main Responsibilities- Lead the Provider Experience Strategy:
Define and oversee a clear roadmap to enhance the experience of Provider and office staff from initial interest through ongoing patient management. Build and maintain a provider forum - Simplify the Biologic Start Process:
Identify and address pain points in the prescribing journey, including benefit verification, prior authorization, e-prescribing, and Hub interactions. Drive improvements that make it easier for Provider to start and manage patients on therapy. - Optimize Office Workflows:
Partner with field teams and digital partners to create practical tools and resources that streamline daily operations. Examples include workflow toolkits, “Dupixent Ready” office materials, and digital dashboards for tracking progress. - Drive Experience-Based Innovation:
Continuously gather feedback from Provider, office staff, and the field to design new approaches that improve satisfaction and efficiency. Pilot and scale ideas such as automated refill reminders, onboarding trackers, and digital support portals. - Lead
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Establish and chair a recurring “Ease of Doing Business” forum across Marketing, Sales, PSS. Align teams on shared insights, test new solutions quickly, and drive measurable improvements in the Provider journey. - Ensure Consistency Across Channels:
Partner with HCP Promotions, Digital, and Field Training teams to ensure all Provider touchpoints feel seamless and aligned with brand strategy. - Use Data to Guide Improvements:
Define key experience metrics such as time to first fill, satisfaction rates, and approval timelines. Translate insights into clear actions and communicate outcomes to leadership. - Manage Partners and Agencies:
Oversee external partners supporting workflow and onboarding initiatives. Hold agencies accountable for innovation, compliance, and measurable results. - Champion Simplification and Executional Excellence:
Advocate for operational efficiency and ease of doing business within the Respiratory franchise, ensuring that processes and materials are designed with the customer in mind.
- 7–10 years of experience in HCP marketing, commercial operations, or field enablement within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Proven success driving initiatives that improve Provider engagement, office workflow, or adoption of specialty products
- Experience working across functions including Marketing, Sales, Access, Medical, and Patient Support
- Strong understanding of access dynamics, provider economics, and specialty workflow systems
