Our focus is on endometriosis and pelvic pain care with minimally invasive gynecologic procedures delivered in a supportive, patient-centered environment. Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Medical Assistant / Front Desk Receptionist to play a key role in both clinical and administrative operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work, takes pride in patient interaction, and thrives in a growing practice environment.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities/Clinical Duties
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
- Obtain and document vital signs and medical histories
- Assist the physician during exams and minor procedures
- Prepare exam rooms and maintain clinical supplies
- Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols
- Perform basic clinical tasks within scope of training (e.g., urine testing, specimen handling)
Front Desk & Administrative Duties
- Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional first impression
- Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
- Verify insurance information and collect co-pays
- Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and manage messages
- Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Coordinate referrals and surgical scheduling as needed
- Medical Assistant certification preferred (or equivalent clinical experience)
- Previous experience in OB/GYN, IVF, women’s health, or surgical practices strongly preferred
- Front desk or medical office administrative experience required
- Familiarity with EMR systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay:
From $24.41 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
