Registered Nurse Job Details- Location: Cambridge, MA 02138 (Greater Boston nursing jobs)
- Assignment Length: 8 weeks
- Start Date: January 5, 2026
- End Date: February 28, 2026
- Setting: Nursing Float Pool – Medical/Surgical Telemetry Unit
- Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Hours per Week: 36 (72 hours biweekly guaranteed)
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2,310 - $2,470
- Employment Type: Travel RN Contract
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Massachusetts RN license preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical Telemetry nursing experience
- Strong telemetry skills; ability to work across multiple hospital units
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Willingness to work night shifts (12-hour nights)
- Travel nursing candidates only – local applicants not eligible
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, responding rapidly to changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Float between units as needed to meet patient care demands
- Accurately document all patient care activities in EPIC EMR
- Offer compassionate support and education to patients and families
