• Leadthe preparation, review, and submission of funding proposals for government, industry, and foundation sponsors
• Advise Principal Investigators (PIs) on crafting budgets, developing proposals,and navigating application processes
• Manageawarded grants and contracts, including budgeting, forecasting, and compliance monitoring
• Interpretcomplex guidelines and ensure adherence to federal, state, and institutional policies (e.g., OMB guidelines)
• Work closely with PIs and project leaders to streamline financial and operational processes

• Bachelor’sdegree (B.A./B.S.)
• 5+years of grants management experience in nonprofit research administration
• Proficiency with federal contracts, cost principles, and OMB guidelines
• Expertise in budgeting, financial forecasting, and interpreting financial data
• Familiarity with electronic submission portals (e.g., Grants.gov, Research.gov,SciENcv).
• Pre-awardexperience in a university/hospital/nonprofit setting
