Pay Rate: up to $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM onsite (summer hybrid: two days onsite)

• Process, reconcile, and report daily payments, including checks, wires, and scholarships
• Investigate and correct payment issues across multiple departments
• Handle incoming mail, distribute payments, and maintain financial compliance records

• 2 - 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or financial operations
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality with sensitive information
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in higher education or non-profit financial operations
• Knowledge of Banner system or similar financial platforms
• Strong Excel skills for payment tracking and reconciliation
