• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and developers
• Conduct performance reviews, career development planning, and team building
• Scale engineering processes and practices as the team grows

• Oversee product development roadmaps and sprint planning
• Ensure timely delivery of high‑quality software and hardware solutions
• Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration between engineering, design, and research teams
• Implement agile development practices and continuous improvement processes

• Lead technical recruiting efforts and hiring decisions
• Design interview processes and technical assessments
• Build talent pipelines for engineering roles

• Work closely with CEO on technical strategy and product vision
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Report on engineering progress, timelines, and resource needs
• Contribute to company‑wide strategic planning

• 5+ years of engineering experience with 2+ years in technical leadership
• Proven track record of managing and scaling engineering teams
• Strong background in both software development and hardware engineering
• Experience with agile development methodologies and project management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field

• Experience in health tech, medical devices, or consumer electronics
• Expertise in embedded systems, IoT and mobile application development
• Previous experience at early‑stage startups or scale‑up companies
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for health/medical technology
• Experience with data science, machine learning, or signal processing
