Responsible for ensuring that all building systems, contracted services, and engineering operations of Alogis Artico cold storages comply with regulatory, safety, and technical standards.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant government and regulatory requirements affecting company facilities (e.g., DOLE, DENR, LGUs, BFP).
• Maintain updated records and permits required for operations.
• Coordinate, document, and support engineering technical audits such as APMC evaluations.
• Ensure timely closure of audit findings in coordination with relevant departments.
• Facilitate the preparation, review, and processing of contracts for all outsourced and contracted facility services.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure contract deliverables are met.
• Assist in the implementation and compliance of sustainability programs including EDGE certification and ESG data reporting.
• Track and document environmental initiatives across facilities.
• Monitor safety compliance standards, including emergency response teams (ERT), safety drills, and training activities.
• Coordinate with Safety Officers and ensure all facilities align with corporate HSE protocols.
• Work closely with Property Management, Corporate Engineering, and other business units to ensure facilities run efficiently.
• Provide technical input on improvements, preventive maintenance, and project implementation.

• A Licensed Mechanical Engineer
• At least 2 years of work experience in facilities management, engineering operations or property maintenance
• Familiarity in warehouse logistics or logistics operations is a plus
• A resident of Binan, Laguna or nearby areas
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays, and on-call
