3 Key Consulting is hiring an Engineer, MS&A for a consulting engagement with our client, a leading global biopharmaceutical company.

Job Description: The Engineer should have a science background, ideally with a Master’s degree, and programming experience. The role involves supporting the Combination Product Operations organization by improving data management and utilization to enhance analysis and decision-making. The candidate will analyze scientific and business data, leveraging in-silico and mathematical modeling to evaluate opportunities for improving business and operational performance.

Top Must Have Skills:

• Experience with MATLAB, R, and/or Python, with expertise in data analysis and statistical or mechanistic modeling.
• Experience with model simulation and analysis (MS&A) techniques for structural, fluidic, and heat transfer problems using commercial software.
• Passion for proactively identifying opportunities through creative data analysis and modeling.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Handling large datasets for processing, cleaning, and labeling.
• Developing, enhancing, automating, and managing analytics models.
• Creating visualizations to aid data interpretation.
• Demonstrating modeling and visualization as part of proof-of-concept projects.
• Supporting the digitalization of experimental workflows.
