An opportunity is available for a skilled Behavior Specialist to support K-12 students within a dynamic school setting in Cambridge, MA. This contract position offers the chance to apply expertise in behavioral interventions and strategies to foster positive student outcomes throughout the school year.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure consistent behavior supports
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as necessary
• Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavior management techniques
• Promote positive behavior supports that enhance the learning environment

• Experience working as a Behavior Specialist in K-12 school settings
• Proficiency in designing and executing behavior intervention plans
• Strong understanding of behavioral assessment tools and methodologies
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Ability to foster a supportive and inclusive environment for diverse learners
• Relevant credentials and certifications in behavior analysis or special education

Cambridge, MA

School Year (CSY) contract

Compensation ranges from $22.41 to $42.41 per hour. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
