US is opening a flagship early childhood education school in Cambridge, MA, launching in Fall 2026. The school will be located in Harvard’s Enterprise Research Center (ERC), One Milestone, positioning high-quality early learning at the center of a world-renowned innovation district. The environment will connect research, industry, and education to support children’s curiosity, development, and lifelong love of learning, and will serve as a resource for families and the ERC community.

Babilou Family US operates three school brands in New England:
Heartworks, Building Blocks, and Little Sprouts. This new school on the Harvard Campus will be the latest addition to our family and serves as our flagship location.

Babilou Family US is seeking an inspiring School Director to lead the flagship school opening in Fall 2026 at Harvard’s Enterprise Research Center (ERC) in Cambridge, MA. The School Director will set the school’s strategic vision, cultivate high-impact community partnerships, and oversee budget, enrollment, staffing, and team development, ensuring high levels of staff and student engagement and retention. This role is responsible for cultivating a culture of excellence that advances the future of early childhood education at Babilou Family US.

• Set the school’s strategic vision and oversee execution.
• Cultivate and manage community partnerships with families, ERC stakeholders, and local organizations.
• Oversee budget, enrollment, staffing, and team development.
• Ensure high levels of staff and student engagement and retention.
• Lead program quality, safety, and compliance with EEC regulations.
• Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in early childhood education.

Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000 per year, with bonus eligibility. This range reflects position level and qualifications.

Benefits: The location operates year-round, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM (hours subject to change). • Must pass required state and company background checks.
• Must have Director EEC Certification (DII qualification).
• 5–10 years of experience in early childhood education or classroom management.
• Strong understanding of play-based learning and social-emotional development.
• Demonstrated commitment to kindness, respect, and community engagement.
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Adhere to all company policies and EEC regulations.
• Ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times a day.
