What You’ll Do
  • Lead classes using an Emergent Curriculum that sparks curiosity
  • Support emotional, cognitive, and physical development in a safe setting
  • Partner with parents using strong communication and empathy
  • Collaborate with specialists to meet each child's unique needs
  • Maintain detailed records in line with EEC standards
Who You Are Required
  • CDA, associate degree or a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education.
  • Infant Lead Teacher Certified.
  • Documented experience working with children, references required.
  • Clear background checks and up-to-date health assessments.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and problem-solve effectively.
Preferred
  • CDA or ECE Degree Preferred
  • Experienced in emergent curriculum approaches.
  • Bilingual or experience with special education.
  • Leadership or mentor experience.
