Who we are looking for:

As we continue to grow globally, we’re looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Success Representatives (CSRs) to join our Industry Account Management Team. In this role, you’ll drive operational and customer-facing projects and deliverables to ensure that customer needs and objectives are being met or exceeded. With a critical focus on customer service excellence, as well as the effective coordination of training and deliverables, you’ll have a key role in continuing the success of our dynamic and growth-minded team.

What you will be doing:

As a Customer Success Representative on the Industry Account Management team, you will play a key role in supporting the ongoing success, growth, and retention of TriNetX customers. Working closely with Account Managers, you will help ensure customers are enabled on the platform, supported in their day-to-day needs, and positioned to realize long‑term value from their partnership with TriNetX.

This role is highly collaborative and customer‑facing, with a strong emphasis on account support, coordination, responsiveness, and relationship‑building. You will serve as an extension of the Account Management team, helping to maintain momentum within accounts, surface customer needs, and ensure internal teams are aligned in supporting customer goals.

Customer & Account Support

  • Partner closely with Industry Account Managers to support the ongoing management and development of customer accounts, including platform enablement, training coordination, consulting support, and data‑related requests.
